Exercise is something that surrounds us daily. It may simply be a short walk into work or a cycling class that you participate in at your local gym. Wither it is on the TV commercials or posters up in the workplace and school exercise is constantly being promoted. Exercise is very important to the body to insure that the body functions properly. A properly functioning body is something that is extremely important to remember even as we age. A very weak area in health care is promoting exercise in the elderly.
